Maintenance

 Our customer service oriented maintenance team is on call 24 hours a day for guest and owner needs. They are fully capable to take care of each work-order at a reasonable cost. They are also trained to keep each owner informed of any work that is required. For larger projects and repairs needing immediate attention, we use professional sub-contractors. We always request a bid on the job if we suppose that any repair or replacement is or will be greater than $300, however, if there is an emergency and the problem may be hazardous or dangerous to guests for any reason, it is addressed right away.



Owning a property is an extremely valuable asset in Puerto Rico and we understand the importance of good maintenance and attention to detail. We make sure every property we rent is in great condition and make sure all preventative measures for possible maintenance issues have been covered. Through our experience we have learned even something as small as a dripping faucet can cause problems. It is our goal to prevent or fix these issues before the guests arrive to avoid any inconvenience to our customers. 

Housekeeping

Our wonderful housekeeping team has been with us since we began our management program. The result has been first-rate, consistent and timely cleanliness of all of our rental properties. All of the linens we use are serviced through Caribbean Laudromat where they wash, iron and fold all linens. Also, our staff uses aromatherapy in each vacation rental property in order to provide the perfect mood and environment. This professional service increases the satisfaction of each guest stay, while providing great costumer reviews. 

Property inspections are regulary scheduled by our superior housekeeping staff, informing us of any problems that may arise. The inspection is always performed before and after each time the property has been used. We understand the importance of training and communicating with our housekeeping team in order to maintain the optimal condition of your property.
